Bookings and Payment
A booking becomes confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation notice.
Rates are quoted in Dirhams (MAD) or Euros (€) and include supervision and safety equipment.
Cancellation and Refund
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity.
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

Safety and Liability
Wearing a helmet (provided) is mandatory for quad biking and buggy rides.
Participants agree to follow the guides' safety instructions.
Brothers Quad accepts no liability for reckless driving or failure to comply with the rules established during the briefing.
Physical Fitness
Clients certify that they are in good physical condition. For their safety, pregnant women and individuals with serious health issues are requested to inform us prior to booking.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the courts of Marrakech shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Force Majeure
Brothers Quad shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure results from a case of *force majeure*—an unforeseeable, unavoidable event beyond its control. The following are expressly considered cases of force majeure or unforeseeable events, without limitation: natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, extreme weather conditions), wars, riots, acts of terrorism, government decisions or restrictions, public health crises (epidemics, pandemics, lockdowns), general strikes, or any major failure of transport or communication networks.
